Astra Gem is two years old.
Blue Merle, medium coated tricolour, ISDS registered.
I can't believe we have no recent photo's of Gem, I could have sworn I had taken numerous, but I am unable to find them.

Hazel is from DNA health tested parents which makes her
- DNA normal by parentage for CEA
- DNA normal by parentage for IGS
- DNA normal by parentage for TNS
- and other common Border collie diseases
Gem is a litter sister to Hazel who had a large litter herself a few months ago (all sold)
Gem is a slightly calmer version of Hazel, she is also super clever but sensitive and loving girl,
She is quick to learn whatever you teach her.
Her litter sister is already a competition winner in Scent, tricks and heelwork.
Gem has started her sheepdog training which will be completed in the late winter/spring after weaning these pups.
Border Collies are working dogs, they are NOT just pets, and do best when they have an official job to do.
All our pups are born and reared in our home, not in a Kennel, and therefore allowing Hazel to have a litter, give us an excuse to bring her back into the house.
All our potential sheepdogs spend the first 7 to 8 months in our home, before full times training begins. with a job to do, having a litter of small pups, Colloodles are smaller than border collies so the drain on her will be far less than a pure bred litter of pups would be.

Gem is a first time mum
amazing to have 10 nice size babies, unfortunately she lay on one during her first night, leaving 9 surviving babies which she is doing a great job looking after.
Gem is a litter sister to Hazel who had a large litter herself a few months ago (all sold)
Being ALL MALES, these pups are likely to be between 16 inches and 19 inches, high when adults.
ALL OUR PUPS are whelped and reared inside our house.
We will SOON be contacting all those people who have previously applied, to ask additional questions and then to book ZOOM meetings.

Please note that if you are only applying NOW
for the first time,
it is highly unlikely you will get one of these puppies but we do have a waiting list, and try hard not to allow jumping the que.
Therefore you are more likely to get one of our 2021 pups by making you application as we do eventually send you an invite for a puppy.
Our next litter/s will not be ready at he soonest until March/April/May

Yogi is a brown and white parti colour
He is a Kennel Club registered Miniature Poodle from excellent bloodlines, his father is BONO who we have used several times in the past
He is 14.5 inches tall
He has been health tested clear for the common Poodle diseases
- vWD type 1,
- Malignant Hyperthermia,
- PRA-prcd
Our selected parents are health tested for the specific diseases for their breed and a few others to boot common to all dog breeds.
You will get this information only on complete submission of our application form, if you request it .
